The proposed 4 Forty development is located on 2.51 acres at 440 North Monroe Street. The site is located in the Central Core zoning district, the Multi-Modal Transportation District (MMTD), and the Downtown Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). The project is the redevelopment of the site for a mixed-use development to include 249 units and approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The developer requested and will receive $4.3 million in tax abatement from the Downtown CRA.
