Northwood Centre Parcels Proposal

The redevelopment of the old Northwood Mall offers tremendous opportunities for community development. Multi-Modal Transportation District (MMTD) Ordinance

Ordinance Background: The development standards in the ordinance apply to most ATN neighborhoods (see map).  These standards are intended to promote more walking, cycling and transit use through techniques such as building design, parking standards, and investment in sidewalks and street trees.
